Stuart is passionate about providing the best experience possible and aims to recognise and anticipate the needs of our clients. Whether you'd like a friendly chat, a peaceful journey or even a snooze, you can count on us to create an ideal travel experience.

Stuart has worked in the travel industry for over 20 years as a driver and after chauffeuring for M&L Travel for over 10 years, became Co-Owner with his Wife and Business Partner, Julie.

A family man with two daughters and an affinity for quizzing and sport, Stuart is a huge Tottenham Hotspur fan and if you’re lucky, you could be entertained with his general knowledge quiz questions... Good luck!

Andy Drury joined our team as a driver in October 2024 and has since become a valued member, demonstrating his natural ability to provide exceptional service to both corporate and independent travellers.

Andy is married to Mrs. Drury and has three children. Formerly a professional footballer, he transitioned into a managerial role, most recently managing Folkestone Invicta.

Having recently stepped away from the footballing profession, Andy is now dedicating quality time to his family while ensuring our customers enjoy a comfortable and stress-free experience when using our service.

Ian Newman is a professionally qualified and award-winning Chauffeur who has worked for M&L Travel Ltd since 2014 making him our longest serving driver.

He is passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service and possess a strong sense of professionalism together with having a great sense of humour.

He is married to Dina and has 3 grown up daughters. Ian has played Bowls competitively since he was a teenager having won many trophies over the years. Ian also loves football and is a keen Chelsea fan, which only goes to show that no one is perfect!

Julie is the dedicated co-owner of M&L Travel Ltd, alongside Stuart Parsons. She joined the company in July 2023, bringing with her 16 years of experience in customer service from her previous role at a local private hospital. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, Julie ensures that every client interaction is seamless, professional, and tailored to their needs.

As the first point of contact for bookings and inquiries, Julie takes pride in making travel arrangements effortless and stress-free. You can trust that every detail of your journey will be carefully noted and confirmed in a timely manner. In addition to managing client services, Julie has also completed her first year as a chauffeur, meaning she might personally be behind the wheel for your trip, ensuring a comfortable and reliable experience.

Beyond her professional role, Julie is a family-oriented individual, happily married to Stuart, with two daughters aged 19 and 26. She values time spent with loved ones, enjoying social gatherings, great company, and good music. Her warm and approachable nature is at the heart of everything she does, both in business and in life.
